Incentive Verification

Before you submit, please verify that you have met these criteria:

1. You (individual Agent) have written ten (10) Medicare Advantage policies that are issued under one carrier.
2. You are appointed through Network Insurance Senior Health Division with the carrier you wrote the policies with at the time the policies were written.
3. This incentive applies to agents appointed at the street agent level only. *For agencies and levels above street you will need to write twenty (20) polices.
4. Effective dates that qualify: 2/1 – 12/1 2023. Incentive must be redeemed by January 31st, 2024.
5. This applies to all Medicare Advantage carriers you are appointed with under Network Insurance.

Before you submit, please verify that you have met these criteria:

1. You (individual Agent) have written ten (10)* Medicare Advantage policies that are issued under one carrier.
2. You are appointed through Network Insurance Senior Health Division with the carriers you wrote the policies with at the time the polices were written.
3. This incentive applies to agents appointed at the street agent level only. *Agencies or levels above street will need to write twenty (20) policies.
4. Effective dates that qualify: 2/1 – 12/1 2023. Incentive must be redeemed by January 31st, 2024.
5. We will add a $400 credit for exclusive data leads with NextGen Leads for you. Speak with your marketer for all the details.
6. This applies to all Medicare Advantage carriers you are appointed with under Network Insurance.

2. You are appointed through Network Insurance Senior Health Division with the carrier you wrote the policies with at the time the policies were written.
3. This incentive applies to agents appointed at the street agent level only. *Agencies or levels above street will need to write twenty (20) policies.
4. Effective dates that qualify: 2/1 – 12/1 2023. Incentive must be redeemed by January 31st, 2024.
5. This applies to all Medicare Supplement carriers you are appointed with under Network Insurance.

• Policies written 60 days of welcome letter receipt, as determined by your marketer.


• This applies to all carriers we represent. Medicare policies only count for the Medicare Fast Start Incentive and Life Insurance policies only count toward the Life Fast Start Incentive.


• Applies only to carriers you are appointed and certified though Network Insurance.


• Applications cannot be combined with any other promotion.


• Open enrollment and underwritten business only on Medicare Supplement Insurance.


• Agent must abide by network Insurance's complaince program described at www.nishd.com/compliance
